Shipping Policy

Nationwide Shipping in the USA & Canada

We currently ship throughout the continental United States, as well as Canada. Any orders shipped to Canada, from outside of Canada, may be subject to additional taxes and customs fees upon delivery, which is the customer's sole responsibility.

Shipping

Upon receiving your confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 business day(except weekends and holidays). You will receive notification when your order has shipped.

Orders are shipped in the U.S. via USPS, UPS and DHL. Orders typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days, however there can occasionally be delivery delays outside of our control. Delivery time for orders shipped to Canada typically arrive in 5 to 15 business days, however there can occasionally be delivery delays outside of our control.

Return Policy

In the case of a damaged item, or error with printing(not for a customer ordering the wrong size or color), we can offer a replacement or refund. You must let us know of the issue within the 48 hours of receiving your item, and then ship the item back to us(unwashed and not used).

Then, ship your item(in its original condition) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. If you are exchanging your item, due to damage, or error in printing, we can accept the exchange and return within 14 days. If more than 14 days have elapsed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
